Webjar is not correctly bundled

Reproduction steps

1. Visit https://localhost:8080/xwiki/cristal/

Expected

The UI of Cristal is displayed.

Actual

The page is blank, the log contains a error log about https://xwiki8080.home/xwiki/webjars/wiki%3Axwiki/cristal-integration-webjar/1.4.0/index.es.js?r=1 not being found

Analysis

Caused by the move to a 18.1.0 parent where a breaking change is present for the webjar-node packaging.
