Attachments are not displayed in the content and the editor

The cause is the absence of getUserId in the Nextcloud app-specific authentication implementation

Reproduction steps

• edit a page
• insert a new image in the document
• save
• check if the image  is correctly displayed

Expected

After the image is inserted, and when the page is rendered in view mode, the image should be displayed

Actual

The image is not displayed in the editor or in the page in view mode.

Interestingly, the image is correctly displayed using the attachments preview (by clicking on the broken image in the content, or by clicking on the attachment name in the attachment extra tab).
