Attachment section overlaps right sidebar after reopening sidebar

Steps to reproduce

1. Create page with a long title.
2. Set the browser tab zoom level to 125%.
3. Hide the right sidebar using the sidebar toggle button.
4. Click again on toggle button to show the right sidebar again, note it won’t be pinned by default.

Actual result

At 125% browser zoom in MS Edge (I didn't check in Firefox but assume it can be reproduced also but with different zoom), the attachments section overlaps the reopened right sidebar. As a result, the page title may become unreadable.

Expected result

The attachments section should reflow correctly after the right sidebar is reopened, regardless of browser zoom level (ex. I don’t have this issue on 110% zoom level).
