Need "Bootstrap" load message for GWT/JS in main site (Particularly for search, but also for add)

Click on advanced search, do a search or add a resource (Anything that will display a GWT generated JS). The system, if it has not cached the JS and particularly if on a slow connection, will take a long time to even show the loading sign. We need a very fast "Bootstrap" preloading message to assure users that their click did something.
