TOC default title not matching TOC in Edit

    Description

      Step 1 - Sign in as a new member
      Step 2 - Add a resource so you have a defualt collection. Do not change the name of the collection.
      Step 3 - View your collection
      Step 4 - Edit your collection
      Step 5 - Now compare the TOC in each view. Screenshot attached URL below.

      Bug
      TOC is view is using First Name and TOC in Edit is using login name. Please make them both login name.
