Search results, sort by review does not bring reviewed assets to top.

Do a search that will return some assets rated at each level and a lot of assets that are not rated (Like list all assets contributed by jmarks). Click to sort by review. The reviewed assets should appear on the first page most highly reviewed to least reviewed, and then the unreviewed resources. The reviewed resource fall to the bottom instead. Clicking a second time does not "Flip" the sort (On this or any column). Also, in the case of my (jmarks asset, even when sorted, there are unrelated assets in between rated assets.
