for advanced search in CB, clicking the CRS icon for a resource should bring up the Comments tab in Preview instead of the View tab

1) in the CB, click "Add" button in the TOC

2) select "Career & Technical Information" from the Subject Area

3) note that the asset "BCB Added" has a "2" rating under the Review column

4) clicking the "2" review rating icon should bring up the resource's Comments tab; currently it brings up the View tab

also, the cursor should turn into a hand when you cursor over the CRS rating icon
