    Description

      Step 1 - Add a resource as any user such as a picture
      Step 2 - Go to File Check and mark is to be deleted
      Step 3 - Go back to that resource
      Step 4 - Open the resource and see who the owner is

      Bug
      The Owner is Deleted, but should go to owner Delete.
