    Description

      Step 1 - Select Add Resource
      Step 2 - Add any resource but do not fill out any of the required info
      Step 3 - Select Next

      Bug
      The error message is displaying the keys but not the text. See picture.
      I checked the Trans document and all the keys are there with the text. Odd.
