If you give a resource a file check of 3 or 4, and then re-check and give it an OK, it is still set to Private

Step 1 - Go to File Check
Step 2 - Click Action and then choose 3 or 4
Step 3 - Go back to File Check
Step 4 - Find the above asset again and give it an Ok
Step 5 - Open the Asset and go to the Info Tab
