MyCurrki, Profile / Edit Profile should display "-" when Member Type is blank

    Description

      Step 1 - Login as a Curriki Admin
      Step 2 - Go to another user such as ?user=ToddSherman
      Step 3 - Edit Profile
      Step 4 - Set Member Type to blank
      Step 5 - Save and View

      Bug
      In Profile "Select Type" field is displaying "Select the Type" when it should display a blank " - ".

      Note: This is a pre-existing bug that also happens on Production.
