Creating asset from tempaltes makes "Collections" not "Folders"

When a user creates a resource from a template, because templates are 'Collections' in the collection's space of the user "Tempaltes", when they are copied (Into a users collection space), they maintain the composite asset class type of "Collection" when the copied page should be treated as a "Curriki_Document"

Because the list of collections in the user's Coll_<username>_WebHome needs to be the same as the list of collections in the users My Collection tab, all existing resources copied from a template into any users collection space on Production need to be changed from composite asset type of "Collection" to the type "Curriki_Document."

A related issue is that we need a way for a Wiki page to be treated as a template.
