    Description

      1. Go to Blogs
      2. Comment on an existing blog
      3. Save comment.

      Bug
      You should be able to edit a comment if you created it or if you an admin. New feature in the spec, but easy to miss. Need a Delete and Edit link in the comment. See also bug 1274.
