Curriki, Registration, a user should not be logged in until after verification.

1. Create a new account

Bug:
Registration--> If a user is already logged into curriki and by that time, the 'Curriki Registration – Action Needed ' link is
clicked, then a new window will open up where "Registration is complete" is shown.But it is noted that, in this window the already opened 'welcome <username> is shown.

Since we are tweaking registration for 1.5.1 this bug will need to wait until then.
