    Description

      1. Create a new group - http://next.dev.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Groups/CreateNewGroup
      2. Select Submit

      The member who just created the group should recieve an email.

      From spec: The system also e-mails a confirmation to the Group Admin with links to their group home page and basic directions for project leadership. Also the e-mail should be sent regardless of the user's opt-out setting for unsolicited e-mail. (This e-mail is solicited.)
