My Curriki, Profile, Add Picture - needs better error message

1. Go to MyCurriki Profile
2. Select "Change my photo"
3. Go to bottom of page, "Choose a Photo:"
4. Click "Attach this file" without actually selecting Browse first. That is, select Attach this file even though the list is empty.
5. Error says, "File must be a picture !"

Bug
1. Can that text be changed to a Translation key? It might already be but I could not find it.

"Object Expected".

Check to see if an image file is in the path. If not file or wrong file type "Please select a image." Ok.
