    Description

      1. Go to a Blog
      2. Click on Comment
      3. Click on Add Comment
      4. Click on Save Comment

      Bug
      Comment is saved even though no comment was added. It probably has always worked this way. Either add an error dialog "Please add a comment before saving" OK. (It would be better to disable the button until they wrote something but that is not consistent with the site.)
