Groups, Create Group Form Tweaks

1. Select Create a New Group
2. Click through the About Creating a Group page

Tweaks:

1. Default "Select a Membership Policy" to Open

2. Default "Set Default Access Priveleges" to Open

3. Under "NAME AND DESCRIBE", make the field for the sub-domain
[ ].groups.curriki,org smaller so that the .groups.curriki.org appears on the same line

4. Under "NAME AND DESCRIBE", take the colon : out of the code so it is controlled by the Trans; this is for the line "Enter a description of your group here (up to 960 characters). This description appears in several locations in Curriki, so you might highlight the group's focus, goals, or projects here.:"

5. Under Select a Membership Policy, under the blue title bar, delete the additional use of the title in text so the phrase "SELECT A MEMBERSHIP POLICY" appears only in the blue title bar

6. Remove the i-ball icon altogether from the bottom of the section "SET DEFAULT ACCESS PRIVILEGES"
