Groups / Messages / Invitations -- two Trans lines are both appearing at all times when they should appear conditionally

Note that both lines of Trans (as below) are appearing here, but only the pertinent one should appear.

groups_members_admin_invitations_infotxt=Here you can view all pending invitations for this group.
groups_members_admin_invitations_infotxt_noinvitations=There are currently no invitations pending for this group.

The first above should appear when there are invitations to view. The second should appear only when there are NO invitations to appear.

It should show one or the other but not both.
