for denied requests, members tab listing is showing two strings instead of one based on conditions

For the Members listing, the following Trans strings are both appearing simultaneously, where they should be conditional.

groups_members_admin_denied_infotxt=The members shown in this listing have already been denied membership to this group. Click "Invite" to re-activate the membership request.

groups_members_admin_denied_nodeniedmembershiprequests=There are currently no denied membership requests for this group.

FIX:

The first above should appear when there are denied requests to view. The second should appear only when there are NO denied requests to appear.

It should show one or the other but not both.
