    Description

      Track when a change is made to a document (not Currikulum Builder, see Jira 1572 for changes to resources) (added, edited, or removed)

      Each log entry should include Date and time of change in this format Jan-21-2008 at 8:30 AM PST

      Text for change will come from Jen. Until then, please add a trans string with the word PLACEHOLDER.
