Implement email Notifications for pages a user creates in a group is not working.

    Description

      The 2nd notification option for group Members "Notify me when my curriculum contributions, messages, or wiki documents are changed." does not function. Pleasse implement.

      As the description states, if the user (Group Member) has checked this option in their group profile, any Wiki Document, Group Message, or Group asset created by that user, if edited or modified in any way, should send the user an e-mail notification of the change (Todd we need the exact copy for this notification.)
