Members Manage Roles - styling

here are changes on this page:

• need to have active rollover cursor on the Edit link ... like we do for the Delete link
• need the divider line between the two functions, Edit and Delete
• "Return to Members List" needs to be in the bottom gray border and not in the white panel - shouldn't be underlined either - it's a blue link and when rolled over it turns the dark purple color and underlined

Then when users click on the orange button "Add Role"

• need to switch the positions of the Save and Cancel buttons
• update the treatment of the cancel button... doesn't seem right, it has a dark border and white type?
• the list of roles still needs to be above one another and not switch to next to each other
