for the "Send to" area when creating a message, separate the rollover text for the recipient "Delete" from the role "Delete"

Look at http://next.dev.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Group_CurrikiLeadersGroup/CreateMessage or Create Message for any group. When we add a role or member to the Send To list, we see a "Delete" link.

Currently, the rollover text for this link is the same at http://next.dev.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/edit/Groups/Translations for BOTH the role selection and the member selection, as in:

groups_messages_create_to_delete_tooltip=Remove this recipient or role.

Please create two different rollover text options, as in:

groups_messages_create_to_delete_role_tooltip=Remove this role.

groups_messages_create_to_delete__member_tooltip=Remove this member.

The first for "role" would be used for the "Delete" in the Specific Roles area, and the second would be for "Delete" in the Individual Group Members area.
