Since updating to XWIki.1.3, in IE, if you log into production (1.51) and then in a new tab or browser log into Next.Dev, you are logged-out of Prodcuiton and can not log back in.

    Description

      In order to log back into production, you have to close all browser windows and re-start IE. It seems Next's log-in Cookie is stepping on or killing the session on production.
