Language compare tool gives false results on new translation pages that have not yet been created

    Description

      1. Go to the Language compare tool
      2. Select from the list Groups
      3. Compare English to Hindi

      Bug
      Results are all Yes for Hindi but the Hindi page has not been created. Perhaps this is just the way XWiki works?
