Issue 1:

Documentation >Click Create a New page
Click Insert /Edit Image link.
It is noted that in the Insert/edit image window, two images are displayed by default ( even if this user hasn't attached any images).

Issue 2:
----------
Now select an image and click Attach this file button.
The following message is shown in that window even if this action was perfomed by the group admin.. "You are not allowed to view this document or perform this action".
