Add Curriki Lesson Plan translations

1. Go to: http://next.dev.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/CreateResources/Translations
2. Add any unique Curriki Lesson Plan look up strings and text.

Jen - I am trying to follow the naming convention document, the spec, and the style guide. I am mostly deferring to nomenclature used in the Style Guide http://www.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Project/Style+Guide and updating the naming convention doc http://spreadsheets.google.com/a/curriki.org/ccc?key=pLiTY8WPIoqiicVFKLD8cVA&hl=en , simultaneously. I can really use some feedback. Look at what I did for the From Scratch form and please improve upon it.
