a) If a member has an active Curriki form in their browser, and they click outside of the form (i.e., on the left nav, header, footer, the breadcrumb, or a panel in the left column), they should see a standard JS warning dialog with the content as follows:

You have started creating a resource. Do you want to navigate away from this page and lose your work?
