new file uploaded in existing file resource not appearing in display version

This as per Manuel Gonzales's experience today using Mac OS 10 and FF:

1) Signed in as Panwapa.
2) Went to http://www.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Coll_Panwapa/PanwapasInformationBoothCollection%2DTest.

What I needed to do was to delete the pdf files already uploaded in the Unit sections of the collection and replace them with revised pdf documents sent to us by the Partner.

3) I clicked on the folder level for Unit 1 at http://www.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Coll_Panwapa/InformationBoothUnit1DefiningCommunity?bc=;Coll_Panwapa.PanwapasInformationBoothCollection%2DTest, and then clicked the EDIT feature for the file resource.

4) When the CB opened, it included an editable box for the description and a text-box for the file and a button next to this to BROWSE for the file I wished to upload.

5) I clicked the BROWSE button, selected the pdf file from my desktop, and then, clicked SAVE at the top right-hand corner of the CB.

There was no way to delete the previously uploaded file, but neither did it show up in the CB. Nor was there a way to upload the file I browsed for except to click SAVE in the top right-hand corner of the CB.

When the page saved, the file had not changed. Checking the history tab, it appeared as if the new file had been uploaded and if I clicked on the link to that new file in the History, it opened the correct file, but the download link shown on the page only opened the old document.
