No JS "Click away" warning on asset forms (Simple Wiki and Lesson Plan.)

Go to either form, and start filling in stuff. Click on any link that will load in the current window (Like form the left Nav or clicking on the CUrriki logo to go to the home page.)

There is no JS warning dialog box asking if you are sure you want to navigate away as your work will be lost.
