Non-logged-in visitors viewing the home page for the first time in their current browser session will see a completely closed nav bar.

Curriki members who log in will have their nav bar open to the state that they left it when they last logged out.

Accessing the home page from any other page on the Curriki site, will not affect the user's current nav bar configuration.
