Rule in style2.css is causing CTV to not work in IE7

    Description

      It seems that the rule on line 228 of style2.css
      .x-dd-drag-ghost

      { display: none !important; }

      is causing the CTV to not allow dragging of the target resource (IE7 does not allow setting style width values on non-displayable elements).

      I believe that a ghost image is supposed to exist (according to the images at http://docs.google.com/a/curriki.org/Doc?id=df3sz2v_17ghfqnvcv ), if not then we can look at changing the javascript code to not show it but still allow IE7 to work.
