the header bar for the TOC panel in View is showing the wrong color

Look at any resource in View, such as:

http://next.dev.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Coll_curriki/GettingStarted?bc=;Coll_curriki.CurrikiHelp

The TOC panel on the left should show a red header bar that matches the header bar for the resource in View.
