fix the way links appear in Action column in thre places: My Curriki/Favorites, My Curriki/Contributions, Group/Contributions; also fix My Curriki/Collections and Groups/Curriculum

On the following pages, fix the way the links in the column "Action" appear:

http://next.dev.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/MyCurriki/Favorites
http://next.dev.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/MyCurriki/Contributions
http://next.dev.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Group_CurrikiLeadersGroup/Contributions

And adjust the space for the function link row at right of the Collection title in these pages:

http://next.dev.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/MyCurriki/Collections
http://next.dev.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Group_CurrikiLeadersGroup/Curriculum

Fix this as per Style Book http://www.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Project/Stacked+Function+Links
and as per the attached Word doc with treatments from Nancy.

Thank you!
