possible global new CSS changes to deal w/ padding around images

G, I don't know if this is something that is globally changeable or if it's something we're going to need to adjust in all editorial pages individually, but this page at

http://next.dev.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Groups/AboutCreatingGroups

has an image at the top (the blue "Create a New Group" thing) where the text at right (in IE7 for XP) is rubbing up against the image.

Also, in the text below in all the sections, all the bullets are not appearing the way they do on Production:

I need to know ASAP if we should be copying all the editorial pages over to Next and checking all of them for style and hand-adjusting, or if we can fix this w/ global CSS changes.
