Path C - Finishing Dialogue - Open in CB should open a new window

When the user complete creating a new collection, the last dialogue gives an option to open the newly created collection in CB.

Right now, the CB is opened in the same parent window. It should actually open in a new window. Otherwise, after completing the work in CB, if the user clicks on 'Close' button, everything is closed (Parent Window)
