update the Curriki Team member account profile image to show a better logo + note profile image sizing specs in Help

I just tried updating the image so it was less tiny and scrunchy, but the new one shows up as cropped funny (no white space along the bottom).

With your burgeoning Photoshop skills, can you download a no-tagline logo file from

and tweak it so that we have a nice image on Curriki Team member resources (like Help)?

And while you're at it, please add a comment here about optimal sizing and layout for images used in My Curriki profiles (assuming you figure this out through this task), and assign back to me; I will add info to Help about this specific issue.
