Set Required Information,Part2 > Content not displaying. User not able to proceed further.

    Description

      Cick Add A Resource link in the left panel.
      Add to Curriki dialog window opens.
      Select any option and proceed.
      It is noted that user not able to proceed after reaching 'Set Required Information , Part2 screen'.
      The contents in that form is not displaying..
