Final dialog in Add, Favorites and Contributions, is broken

    Description

      1. Go to Favorites
      2. Select Add
      3. In the CTV, add it to any collection
      4. Select Next

      Bug
      The final dialog appears but says that the resource was added to "UNKNOWN". And other choices in the dialog appear as

      {0}
