      1. Go to: http://next.dev.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/edit/Admin/PageList?language=en
      2. Look for pages from the CreateResources space

      Any page not listed in this list will not get deployed. Please make sure all required pages are there. I don't see SimpleWikiResource or Curriki Lesson Plan.
