Stlye.css on Staging is not giving the right file. THe file on the file system is diferent the the one that is served by XWIki

David is the export, import and deploy to staging.curriki.org, and most everything went well exact the styles are wrong and a problem with the frameworks.

Please look at stating and notice the the styles.css that is severed is different the then one in the build and on the file system (And looks wrong.)

The other issues is that the Framework has an extra file (History (Local)) in registration and for resources. Where did it come from and how do we get rid of it.
