in the contribute menu dialog reached from Add a Resource or Build Up, make the option "A lesson plan I'll create from a template" go to the Select a Template dialog

Currently when a member clicks Add a Resource or Build Up anywhere on the site, he sees the contribute menu dialog with either six or seven options.

The fourth option "A lesson plan I'll create using a template" currently – as of EOU 1 – directs member to the CSLP form (upon clicking Next in the dialog).

Instead, this should direct members to the Select a Template dialog, where they'll now be able to pick from two LP templates.
