clicking "Build Up" for a collection and choosing Simple Wiki Resource form fdoes not add that form into the collection

1) Log in as a regular member.
2) Go to My Collections in My Curriki.
3) Click "Add a Collection" and complete the process, adding a new collection that appears at the top of Collections tab.
4) Click "Build Up" for that new collection.
5) In the contribute menu dialog, pick the resource from scratch option.
6) Complete the Simple Wiki Resource form to add a wiki block into the collection.
7) After closing out of the final message dialog for adding that resource into that collection, click "View" for the collection.

The newly added resource does that appear in the collection, but it should.
