CB >Folders created.In the View mode, all the folders are not displayed in TOC.

Create a Contribution.Click Edit.
In CB >Click Build Up.
Add folder 1.
click Build Up again
Add folder 2.
Click Build Up again.
Add folder 3.
Click Build up again.
Add folder 4.

Close CB.

Click View link of the corresponding contribution.
Check table of Contents:

Here, the collection name and below that, Folder 1 and Folder 2 alone are displayed.

Actaully Folder 3 & 4 should also be displayed.

  Folder 4

Also the view donot display Folder 4 details:
