on staging, didn't get final message dialog upon submitting Nortel plan

1) I went from the About Contributing page to the Select a Template dialog to the Nortel form. I completed the form and successfully submitted it. Upon completion of submission, I did not receive the final message dialog and was dropped on http://staging.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/CreateResources/AssetDone.

2) I tried again, but this time started from Add a Resource in the left nav. I chose the LP from a template option, picked Nortel, and completed and submitted the form. In this case, I did get the message.

3) I tried one more time from the About Contributing path as per (1) above, and once again I did not get the final message dialog but was instead dropped on http://staging.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/CreateResources/AssetDone.

This should work as per (2), where the member sees the final message dialog including:

RESOURCE ADDED
