      Spec Change: New Column for Members Tab

      vii) Login Name
      (1) Admin Only
      (2) Need to be able to access a user when the Display Name is Blank.

      Odd about the alphabetizing. At least for the other tabs the sort order is pretty close. For members it is completely random.

      So I can at least access these blank members.
