Spec Change: Only display Blogs if they have at least one entry.

    Description

      Since Blogs has that odd interface, Click Create Blog button to create a Blog, any user who clicked that button is showing up in the results table even though they have never actually added an entry.

      Is it possible to only find users that have at least one entry?
