EOU2 global layput broken in IE 6 (Both style book and implementation.

Please see screen shots. On IE 6 both the style book and the Next site implementation are wrong, but in different ways in IE6.

Pleased fix the style book and send to Ludovic to fix the implementation if needed (It may just be the CSS.)
