Problems when trying to use Copy feature in CB

Some users cannot copy a resource from the Currikulum Builder. The expected result (for users with multiple collections) is a popup window that asks them to select the collection where they want to add the resource. This is not happening with some accounts, prohibiting them from continuing. The popup window appears, but it does not list any collections.

It works for accounts: NortelLearniT, KAPatterson (admin), raketheater

It does not work for accounts: CurrikiTutorials, CReiswig (admin), miranda. When using member account miranda, it skips directly to the "enter metadata" page, without forcing to choose a collection (there are multiple collections).

We've tried on both Mac and PC, with FF 3.0 (as well as Safari and Camino). Browser and OS don't seem to make a difference.
